I'd give this business zero stars if that were an option. My husband and I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Snells less than a year ago. When purchasing we asked to see the car fax and owner Chris informed us that the car was clean and a car fax was never accurate anyway. Trusting in him we, stupidly, went on with the purchase. So just this week my seatbelt broke. With further investigation we found that it was due to multiple impacts and was extremely unsafe. I highly recommend that anyone purchasing a vehicle completely avoid this dishonest company. It's a shame when you try to support small, family owned businesses but get burned.
Pretty sad when they rip off an 85 year old man, will definitely be warning everyone I know to stay away from them
