My mom's birthday is very close to Christmas. With all the hustle & bustle of the holidays, my order did not make it in time (my fault). Being last minute, lots of the items on the website were sold out. I phoned the store and a wonderful woman, who's name escapes me, was so patient & kind enough to help me. She looked around the store & found a beautiful bowl. She asked me to trust her to make something special. Well, she certainly did. Mom loved it & had a picture sent to me via text. Would I recommend this floral shop...absolutely !!
